Healthy Change #1: Drink more water.
Your body is comprised of approximately 70 percent water and you need this liquid to maintain the basic body functions, such as digestion, circulation and regulation of body temperature. Also for adequate production of saliva, which is important for dental health (saliva helps to keep level of bacteria low in your mouth)
Try to include water with every snack and meal, and whenever you feel thirsty. Also eat lots of fruits and vegetables, their high water content can be counted along with other fluids you consume daily.
